The Discussion paper was prepared prior to the Prague Process Senior Officials' Meeting held in Berlin in 2014. That year the Process celebrated its fifth anniversary, used as an occasion to assess the current state of play and plan for the future of the Process. The Discussion paper answers the following questions: Where did we start? Where are we now? Where are we heading?

This Discussion paper was prepared by the Prague Process Secretariat in cooperation with the leading state of the Prague Process Targeted Initiative project.
Prague Process is
a targeted migration dialogue and a policy process promoting migration partnerships among the countries of the European Union, Schengen area, Eastern Partnership, Western Balkans, Central Asian, as well as Türkiye.
Management Structure
The current Prague Process management structure encompasses the Senior Officials’ meetings, the Ministerial Conferences, the network of National Contact Points, and the Strategic Group.
