Human Trafficking – How to investigate it

This training manual helps to enhance capacity of relevant actors to address trafficking in human beings more effectively. The material was developed by an independent law enforcement expert and built upon learning points gathered during the EU-funded project Fight against Trafficking in Human Beings – Phase 1 and then tested and further adapted through a series of training sessions conducted in Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova and Turkey. Trainers are encouraged to use this manual as a foundation from which the content and delivery methods of training may be adapted to the nature and setting of the audience.
