The government actively works to increase wages, including the level of minimum wages, as Ukrainian employers have already faced a shortage of skilled workers in the labor market. MoSP aims to co-operate with the governments of the countries where the most of Ukrainians work to ensure their social and legal protection, and studies experience of other European countries that are developing programs for the return of migrants. IOM offered to help with this initiative by conducting relevant research.
